Do you supply small (trial) quantities?
Yes — for first orders into a new market, we routinely arrange trial-quantity shipments to support sample registrations or commercial pilots.
Will you share manufacturer names upfront?
After an NDA is in place, yes — including plant location, approval scope, inspection history and the CDSCO COPP if applicable.
What payment terms do you offer?
First order is typically advance or LC at sight. From order #2 onwards we work with you on mixed terms — partial advance + balance against shipping documents, irrevocable LC, or DA/DP per credit assessment.
